If you can’t find what you're looking for on my website, feel free to contact me via the website form, email, or Facebook page. Occasionally my replies may land in your spam folder, so please check there if you haven’t heard back.

When to Get in Touch

To request a custom piece or discuss your ideas.
To check if something seen on Etsy or social media is still available.
To arrange a deposit for special materials.
To recreate a piece you've seen elsewhere—I'll check material availability and confirm.

Custom Orders

If you’ve got a unique idea—like turning a keyring into a choker or adding a charm—I’d love to help! Once we've discussed your idea and materials are secured, a deposit will confirm your order, and your piece will be sent once full payment is made.

A few things to bear in mind:

I’m a real person with health needs and feelings. Sometimes I may need a little extra time, and your patience is deeply appreciated.
Materials, shipping, and availability aren’t always within my control, but I’ll do my best to keep you informed.
Deposits are sometimes required for custom work. While this is usually firm, I'm happy to discuss options where needed.
Please treat your items with care—especially chokers, which are not suitable for children, pets, or anyone who cannot remove them quickly.
If something isn’t quite right, please let me know. Open, honest communication helps me ensure you’re happy.
Clear communication is key—being specific and kind helps both of us.
Rude or disrespectful messages (online or in DMs) make it difficult to help. Harassment, fraud, or scam attempts may lead to legal action or refusal of service.
I’m not required to sell, share, or link my social media pages. Any mistreatment may result in a customer being removed from my client list.

Genuine Leather Options

My dad, a skilled leatherworker, helps me create handmade leather chokers—big thanks to him! These use firmer, black leather and may cost more due to material and labour. They're made to fit your neck size and are treated as fully custom items.

Bulk Orders

For small shops or businesses looking to stock a few chokers or accessories, I’m happy to help! Designs are limited by material availability. Payment can be made in advance or post-sale, depending on the arrangement.

Shipping Info

Costs:
UK shipping averages £4. International (e.g., USA) usually starts around £19. I always look for affordable, tracked options.
Note: I'm currently unable to ship to the EU due to changing regulations.

Taxes:
Import fees or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and may be charged by your local postal service.

Dispatch Times:
Orders usually ship within a week. Delays may occur due to post, health, or payment timing. I’ll always keep you updated if anything unexpected happens.

Delivery Estimates:

UK: usually within 10 days
International: allow 2–3 weeks

B-Grade Listings

Sometimes I offer discounted items with small imperfections like uneven paint or slight colour variation. These are fully safe to wear and come with the same care instructions.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed. Here’s what to expect:

Accidental Orders: Returns are accepted if the item is unused and returned at your expense. Contact me first for guidance.
Custom Orders: Non-refundable once approved, due to their bespoke nature.
Ready-Made Items: I check and package each piece carefully. I'm not responsible for damage after dispatch, but I can remake or repair items if needed.

If Something Arrives Damaged:
Send a clear photo by email. If it can be fixed, I’ll help you repair it or accept it back for a fix (you cover return postage). Often, a quick DIY fix is the most affordable option.

Refunds May Be Declined
If the item isn’t returned, is returned damaged, or if fraud is suspected.
